How Wholesale Ordering Works – Pricing, Catalogue, MOQ & Shipping

Swepouch is a B2B wholesaler: approved businesses get access to a curated multi-brand nicotine pouch catalogue, see account-specific prices, and order from 24 rolls in total, mixed across brands. This page explains each step, from application to delivery.

1. Apply for a wholesale account

Swepouch sells to businesses only – retailers, chains, online stores, wholesalers, importers and distributors. Apply with your company details, including VAT or business registration number. Accounts are approved after verification.

2. Access the curated catalogue

Once approved, you see the live wholesale catalogue: more than 20 brands, from ZYN and VELO to LOOP, Pablo, Helwit and FUMi. You can browse by brand or by flavour, for example mint, berry or spicy. Each product page carries nicotine content, format, can contents and stock.

3. How pricing works

Prices are set per approved account and shown in the wholesale store after login. Swepouch does not publish a public price list or promise automatic volume tiers. What a retailer actually pays per can also depends on freight and on taxes in the destination country – see wholesale pricing explained.

4. Build the order – minimum 24 rolls

The minimum order is 24 rolls/stocks in total, which equals one standard carton. Brands and flavours can be mixed freely. A roll holds 10 cans, so the minimum order is 240 cans. Larger orders scale by the carton and up to full pallets – see the roll, carton and pallet guide.

5. Prepayment and dispatch

Orders are prepaid before dispatch unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Goods ship from Malmö, Sweden, by parcel for smaller orders and by pallet freight for larger ones. Freight is quoted by order size and destination.

6. Documentation, customs and compliance

  • Within the EU: no customs declaration. VAT-registered buyers are invoiced without Swedish VAT as an intra-EU supply.
  • Outside the EU: goods are exported with an export declaration; the buyer handles import clearance.
  • Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, weights, tariff classification and origin, as required for the shipment.
  • Market rules: the buyer or importer verifies that each SKU may be imported and sold in the destination and is responsible for duties, VAT, excise and local compliance unless otherwise agreed.
