Shipping policy

Swepouch operates exclusively as a B2B / wholesale supplier. All shipments are handled in accordance with the terms below.

Order Processing & Payment

All orders are processed only after full payment of the invoice has been received. Swepouch does not ship any goods prior to confirmed payment.

Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders up to 10 cartons are usually dispatched within 3 business days

  • Larger orders may require additional handling time due to palletization and logistics planning

Handling times are estimates and may vary depending on order size and operational capacity.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Swepouch works with established logistics partners:

  • UPS for carton shipments (typically up to 15 cartons)

  • Dachser for larger shipments, including half pallets and Euro pallets

Carrier selection depends on shipment size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are always charged separately and are not included in product prices. All freight charges are clearly stated on the invoice.

Shipping rates, freight charges, and logistics surcharges may change without prior notice due to carrier adjustments, fuel costs, capacity constraints, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

International Shipping & Incoterms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made under Incoterms® CPT (Carriage Paid To).

This means that Swepouch arranges and pays for transportation to the agreed destination, while the buyer acts as the importer of record and is solely responsible for:

  • Customs clearance

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

  • Any permits, licenses, or approvals required for import

Customs & Regulatory Responsibility

Delivery does not constitute acceptance by local customs authorities.
Swepouch is not responsible for delays, seizures, rejections, or confiscations caused by customs authorities or regulatory bodies in the destination country.

Split Shipments

Orders are shipped as a single delivery. Split shipments are made only if explicitly agreed in advance with the customer.
