Refund policy

Swepouch operates exclusively on a B2B wholesale basis. Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted.

Claims

Claims relating to damaged, incorrect, or missing goods must be submitted within 5 business days from receipt of the shipment.

Claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting documentation (photos and/or batch information, if applicable)

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, compensation will be issued only in the form of a credit note.

Credit notes:

  • Are applied to future orders

  • Are issued in accordance with Swedish accounting and VAT regulations

  • Do not entitle the customer to cash refunds

Non-Returnable Goods

All products are considered non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
